Carissa has more than ten years experience in the education sector and ten years experience in workplace occupational and psychological health and safety.
Since establishing in 2016, Carissa has delivered over 200 presentations – Mental Health First Aid workshops and health and safety keynote presentations, to individuals, communities and organizations in both the public and private sectors. As a mental health and workplace psychological health and safety advocate, she has spoken at numerous workplaces and conferences.
She provides an interactive and respectful learning environment where participants can learn and share their personal knowledge and experience in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
Carissa is based out of Regina, Saskatchewan.
